Youth Assistance programs are community-based and developed by volunteers who live and/or work in the communities in which they serve. Our programs involve citizens in the community who are interested and concerned. They are willing to give voluntarily of their time and skills. Their contributions help in developing and implementing community plans and programs. These initiatives allow the highest potential of youths to be developed.
