Samantha Balcom, HAYA Office Coordinator

Samantha understands that having compassion opens our minds to others, regardless of our differences. Compassion allows us to work in a caring, well-informed way that respects the experiences and needs of the local youth we assist. Confidentiality is fully empathetic as the children are our future.
Samantha is in the office on Monday and Tuesday from 9am until 4pm if you need to ask a question.
Although we strive to have someone in the office during these hours, there may be rare occasions when staff need to step out for outside meetings or community events. (Let’s not forget snow days!) If you’d like to confirm that someone is available to assist you, please feel free to call the office at (248) 328-3181.
After-Hours or Emergencies

If you require immediate counseling services, please contact Common Ground at (800) 231-1127. For non-emergency situations, feel free to leave a message on our office phone at (248) 328-3181, and we will return your call during regular office hours. Otherwise, you can shoot us an email at HAYA4Kids63@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
