Good morning, Board members and liaisons,
The next HAYA Board of Directors meeting is rescheduled for December 11th at 3:30pm.
Just a quick email to let you know that the December HAYA Board of Directors meeting has been moved to DECEMBER 11th at the Holly Township Library. This is because the library is not currently open to the public until the 8th or 9th of December, due to construction. The meeting time remains unchanged at 3:30p.m.
I also want to encourage you to visit the Holly Moose Lodge tonight anytime between 6 & 7 p.m., as HAYA’s very own Sydney Sinclair will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets. The Moose is graciously choosing HAYA as the beneficiary of tonight’s 50/50 proceeds. You could also take part in the Moose’s Queen of Hearts lottery drawing. Please consider attending the Moose 50/50 raffle tonight from 6 & 7 p.m. Tickets for both drawings are sold from 6 – 7 p.m. with the drawing taking place at 7 p.m.
And finally, I will send out the December agenda and other documents next Monday, December 8th.
